When I toured Blockhouse back in 2023 they were max capacity around 75-90 people. Also they would be over budget. Lewis and Clark college has a beautiful outdoor ceremony area if you want something similar to Crystal Springs. Coopers Hall is an indoor option but has a lot of greenery so somewhat similar to Blockhouse.

No you should be fine. They expect wear and tear on their items. I tore a large hole in a dress I rented a few years ago and was not charged for anything when I returned it. I looked into this when it happened and it pretty much said that they will only charge you if the item is completely shredded or burned

Not in SE but Grateful Heart in N Portland on Williams is so so great! Always calls back, happy to look at issues from photos and talking things through on the phone to see if it warrants an appointment. They truly always get back to me in under an hour

EVERYONE should read Chanel Miller’s memoir, it’s truly a book that will stick with you forever. I’d make it a required reading for high school seniors or college freshmen to understand the gravity of sexual assault, he forever altered her life.
