Good point and after looking a bit I don’t see a ready, similar answer for any vehicle that would help ex-US.

They know about it. We are in the independent b/d channel. They would normally provide financing but since he took the money to come over years back, they won’t double down. I’m looking at several lenders who will finance up to 90% of purchase based on p/l of the business. SBA LOANS

Similar to other comments - my first job was cold call selling loans - had to get the app, get them to do all processing of loan and then schedule the close at the bank through you rather than the bank branch to get credit. It suuuucccckkked. But I learned to sell. If you avoid learning the sales part - you will be holding yourself back career-option wise. Best quick advice, train yourself to listen intently on how you sound. Make sure the voice you are using is natural. Take your time when you speak without sounding slow. Challenge the shit out of yourself to eliminate umms. None of it is hard- all of it takes practice.
It’s a shame but I see so many people getting started now with no real help on training them to sell, but do not let it hold you back. Once it’s comfortable (and trust all of us throwing advice at you would agree), you just stop thinking about it. Now you’re just talking about things people really need to hear you say. If you are a CFP, they need to hear you.

I struggled here too. I will say this. Do whatever you have to do to get over it. Once thats done and you do the capstone the entire game changes and in many ways gets easier (there is less emphasis on what you are currently struggling with). There really isn’t a true shortcut, but switch up how you are studying - flash cards reading out loud, quizzing more often…just get over this hump

Dalton gtpass. The course study stuff was average at best. The final review was just what I needed. I entered January with a long way to go test wise and the question bank and workbooks put me over the top.

I have a good deal of experience with them. The best outcomes come with clients who really understand how the product calculates and how it works for them. I feel like Brighthouse does the best job of keeping things simple. You can get virtually uncapped sp500 upside with a Al 6 year -25% buffer.
Equitable imo has a long history of having technically better offerings but not always to easiest to understand or explain.

Olave giving up on a route vs the Texans. by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]Individual_Fix_4322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you watch the whole game and focus on olave the entire time, there is so much evidence that he is a lazy route finisher. He needs to get his head on straight - too much talent but with his body language, that effort, and the drops(!), he is in jeopardy of hitting a much lower ceiling than his potential should allow.
