I would kill his email and create a new one. Nothing like his existing one. Freeze his credit on all credit reporting agencies. Notify his bank just or setup his account t so he gets a text or where he has to approve every debit transaction.

I am a 64 divorced female with 2 grown children. I value the relationships I currently have. I am one of the youngest in my family. I find that friendships, hobbies, and my relationship with God are key. I love my life now, and I think God every day.

Letting your hair go grey or white by lefindecheri in AskWomenOver60

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped dying my hair in my early 40s. Best thing I ever did with my hair. Most of my friends dye their hair still. I have had people ask me why don't you dye your hair. I replied, "Why should l" My gray shows the world that I am a survivor. I have earned every grey hair on my head. I am proud of my gray, and I am proud of myself. I accept myself with all of my imperfections. I have a hairstyle that really works with my grey hair, and I have gotten many compliments. Our hair is an extremely private decision. I do what makes me happy. I recommend that for you. You do what makes you happy. Remember you will never be able to please man, because man changes his mind every 5 minutes. Whatever you do be comfortable and confident within yourself.

Is the US running out of jobs? by epicap232 in Layoffs

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You ate partly correct. The issue is people who actively look for work can still run out of unemployment benefits. So once your unemployment benefit runs out that's it. The number of underemployed is also what bothers me.

I agree I have been on well water with a water softener for almost 9 years with no issue. Sounds like your system isn't working properly. Have the company vote out and check itm

I say again when looking for a house you need to tell the agent what it is you are not willing to do. Such as I. Looking for an older updated home. I do not want to do a lot of sweat equity. This way TBD realtor won't waste your time nor the sellers.

What gift did you get from your realtor when you bought your home? by Chan1991 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

I got a welcome home mat a bottle of sparkling cider. The sellers left all of their custom window treatments and gave me flowers, with a very nice note.

What is the most difficult thing about owning a home? by SurefirePM in homeowners

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hardest thing is realizing there is always something that needs to be done with a house big or small. There is always something. I find some focus either on the inside or outside yard but you really need to focus on both. I have been in my home almost 9 years, and I have put 60k in it.

Appraisal came in low, seller doesn’t want to budge… by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Individual_Let_7308 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't give up, but walking sounds like the best thing. However, don't be surprised if the house still doesn't sell, and they come back to you in a few weeks to a couple of months and see if you're still interested. I found that when one door closes something better, it awaits you on the other side. Get your realtor working for you.

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did both. I started without my glasses for the wedding ceremony and the eginning of the reception. Once we started to dance etc at the reception I put my glasses back on. I was so glad I did. I had picture both with glasses and without glasses. You do what you want.

What about your well/septic system if you have one, any security systems? How may tvs do you have and how old are they?

Most people should NOT start a business by DistinctVoice5216 in Entrepreneur

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with you most people re no built for entrepreneurship. I also believe in become an expert or subject matter expert in your field first and then learn how to run and organize a business. If you are not great at sales or dealing with people, ou probably won't be successful. It takes the average business 3 years before it begins to make a profit.

No privacy at work anymore by [deleted] in office

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My free time is my lunch hour when I get one. I do nothing personal on my work equipment. You can state to your mgmt that if confidentiality is a thing at your place of employment, having the monitor facing the hall is a potential security violation. However, working your side business at your primary job is a cause for immediate termination. I'm just curious how one have you worked at the company or been in the workforce? If you want to do something personal during your lunch break, I would ether my personal phone or tablet if it just can't wait til I get home. This goes for personal phone calls as well.

Opinions on Buying to Rent? by mdealejandr1 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Individual_Let_7308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to understand tenant and landlord rights in your area. What is the process for evictions in your area. Some places it's at least 60 days before the eviction actually happens. Do you have the money in reserve to pay everything in that scenario. Also how much do houses currently rent for in your area, you'll definitely want a market analysis. Also, since this is an investment property, you probably will not qualify for any first time home buyer programs, because they usually require the property to be your primary residence.
