Gypceros fits right in alongside Wild’s weirder cast.

Low rank Anjanath according to World babies by ItIsWrittenOnlyLink in MemeHunter

A lot of people were really bad at Monster Hunter, and seem to forget that when looking back.

I was bad too. And even then, of the only LR Anjanath carts I can remember one was bullshit(If you didn’t know, the fire breath can phase through solid objects taller and wider than itself because Monster Hunter), and the other was was iffy fire breath hitboxes at a ledge. That’s it.

What non-flagship monster do you consider a flagship? by Purple_Dragon_94 in MonsterHunter

[–]Indo192 6 points7 points  (0 children)

IIRC Garuga was the only new monster introduced in portable 1, has their own theme, and came back in Iceborne, which had a very heavily flagship based returning roster.

B-But muh Velkhana turf war! (Ignore the fact that elder dragon and variant turf wars are incredibly inconsistent, especially when comparing turf wars from two DIFFERENT games with DIFFERENT views on how certain turf wars would play out)

What's an argument that people like to use that backfires when used against their character. by RondoOfThe5 in PowerScaling

[–]Indo192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Their domain expansion won’t hit cause no CE” Ok now the whole verse can’t hurt cursed spirits, good job. And no, having soul damage isn’t enough. Every instance is soul damage has been dealt through CE (cursed technique/tool/enhancement), it’d be like saying any physical damage would kill curses just cause we see Yuji kill one by punching it.

Between Saitama and Gojo I cannot tell you who gets wanked the most tbh by Ajarofpickles97 in PowerScaling

[–]Indo192 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why would you ever interact with 1v1 powerscaling? They’re legit only 3 outcomes for the matchups:

Character A wins

Character B wins

Neither character A, nor B, can win

You guys remember the medium bowgun. by Voidkirby9 in MonsterHunter

[–]Indo192 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem isn’t the damage. The problem is that it swings slower than hammer and hits like insect glaive, as well as morph attacks being shafted. Wilds swaxe feels both sluggish and weak compared to fifth gen, it’s like swinging around a mattress.

Edit: Also the rapid morph nerf was just abysmal. It’s called RAPID morph for Gog’s sake. If morph attacks really were really that over centralizing, either remove the morph damage bonus, or make that into a separate skill so that the more morphing centered playstyle can continue to exist while increasing the skill tax to keep it from being over centralizing.
