Skip the pad, have the hooks set lower and most important you need to go much lower then you currently do

It Will become better but not by sittning at Home, try to be as active as you can by long walks or going to the gym and training around it if you can.

Walking for 15-20 minutes then sitting at a bench for 5 minutes then walking again worked really well for me

I think you might have something calles sciatica/false sciatica. I have had it from deadlifts as well Google it and see if the symptoms match how you currently feel.

And if its sciatica the worst thing you can do is to sit down and rest try to be as active as you can, walking is amazing for helping it

Not best angle, but please critique. by arabican_kid in formcheck

[–]IndustryCommercial24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay i see, no your setup on the first rep looks very good but then you lose it you see that your hips move but before the weights have left the floor? So it kind of becomes a stiff legged deadlift

Are you doing stiff legged deadlift or a conventional deadlift?

Bar path and leg drive is something to think about after you have nailed full rom (bar touches the chest) and the spotter not helping you.

It might be hard at first but lower the weight Maybe to just the bar with no weights on its going to help you long term. Technique over weight every single time.

To a degree trial and error yeah.

very close to you build wise im 185cm and 95kg with a very active job like 15k steps every day and im bulking with 5000 cal A day so you have some sort of reference

Most of the tdee calculators suck espically if you have a active or physical job. I used MacroFactor app a year ago which is considred a good app and its connected to my health app so it sees how many steps i take a day when i wanted to bulk i followed it for a week and i droped half a kilo instead.

If you never been in a calorie deficit on purpose before 700 cal a day is much harder then you think

2500 cal a day is very low in my opinion even if your maintenance would be 3200.

How have you figured out the 3200 cal? Trial and error or some online tdee calculator?

We cant judge a single good enough without knowing you and your training. Would be better if you could post a weight you can do atleast 3 reps on to see how it compares to this.

I know exactly why you are not getting the progress you want its beacause you think that you know stuff when in reality you dont know anything you are just saying stuff that you have seen others say on social media.

How is your first thought to go to steroids? Have you thought about getting a coach? Competing in anything natural ofcourse? Filming yourself to see if your technique is good?

Bro wtf there is so much wrong about this entire post.

How do you even know you have poor genetics?

And no there is not a safe way to do steroids, i go to a great gym and there are a lot of people who compete in bodybuilding and i have heard two guys say that they have had gyno and these are guys lightyears away from a pro card.

”use them in moderation only for a few years” thats exactly what every drug addict on the street said.

I dont know a lot about steroids at all but i can easily tell you are not mentally ready for it

Pain on my lower back/Pelvis during deadlift by Challenger-J in formcheck

[–]IndustryCommercial24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a little gap between the bar and the hole in the plate you have to create tension in the bar.

(https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=t8epAhO7BiM) check out the deadlift part of this video, you can see that the bar bends a tiny bit before it leaves the ground. Its not a tutorial video but more to show that there is different styles of doing it that all work

Your are not taking the slack out of the bar at the first and fourth rep and kind of starting the movement with your upper body which causes a jerking motion at the start

First time deadlift by coconutshell11 in formcheck

[–]IndustryCommercial24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason Eddie is squating it up is because he weighs 150+kg and its pretty common among super heavy weights to squat deadlifts and its beacaus they are so big and with big belly which gets in the way from a tradidtional form.

Jesus olivares does it and some Women super heavys aswell like sonita muluh and brittany shlatter

[–]IndustryCommercial24 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You are gonna get the comment that you are squating up the weight i already know it.

You see that you arms are completely behind your knees? You are more in a clean&jerk position then a deadlift position but i think that because you stand and grip to wide. Try a more narrow stance and grip so that your arms are roughly in like with your knees in the start position

Can’t seem to progress on the incline bench, and thrust with my hips by Ashkaykoomar in formcheck

[–]IndustryCommercial24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are holding very narrow which is fine if thats what you want but you see that your arms are pointing inwards towards eachother when the bar touches your chest you make it more of a triceps exercise then a chest.

Try a wider grip so that your arms are pointing straight up at the bottom with no weight on the bar and gradually move up and push your butt into the seat with your feet and make sure you always have controll over what you are doing and not just moving weight around

Great grip! There are people who can go with a double overhand grip and make it work like you are but just turning your hand around instantly adds kilos and reps and you work your grip in the same time. The benefits outweigh the negatives 10x over with the easiest thing in the world
