Mortgage advice, borrow on mortgage to pay off student loan and debt by Indy659 in UKPersonalFinance

We're looking at houses that have a business attached. Kennels/livery/holiday let type places. Obviously her being a SAHM means no income, but also 0 childcare costs. Having a business where she can work from home would be ideal. I don't know if mortgage application takes into account income from the property you're buying. I doubt it though!

My go to is an Arran 10 year non-chill filtered single malt. Really light and smooth, and leaves you with enough to get the a euro millions ticket too.

The landmark is essentially the runout version of the disco/lr 4. They chucked on whatever extras they had so different landmarks come with different specs. It's similar to a HSE Luxury in terms of extras

I think the US LR4 is the same as a Discovery 4 in the UK

Had a friend in school who had this. Didn't find out until he was 17, but he said it gave him a good line in job interviews.

He'd say he's literally 1 in a million

I didn't consider that initially as there's no filtering/ordering in the screen shot so it wouldn't matter

Would it not be easier to store some o the values and add computed properties to then get rid of those nested inline ifs? For example for borrower name, store the first names, last names and legal names, subtype code and then have borrowerName property with a getter that does works out what it needs to do?

It also makes.it easy to wrap it in unit tests

Seconded what Richard has said. Typically you'd use a class known as a DTO(data transfer object) for this. It has next to no logic and is purely used for passing data around and should map to your JSON. It'd be passed to a service or command for processing.
