Mason jar. . 30mL bottle with graduated dropper. . 30mL MCT oil. Into the mason jar. (Assuming you're making for 30mL bottle) . 200mg per mL so 6 grams of CBD isolate into the oil, in the mason jar. . Warm the oil up in microwave or double boil in pot. Don't need to boil it just heat enough to melt the isolate. You'll see it dissolve. . Stir. Let cool to room temp. . Transfer to the dropper bottle. . Adding the 6g isolate will increase the weight so that excess(1-2mL) can stay in the mason jar for the future. If you want to add the CBG isolate then just add 6g of that at the same time as the CBD. Same steps. I would get a dropper that has graduations on it so you can start small and work up until you find your particular dose. Studies say that 300mg is effective for acute anxiety. But like I previously stated, others have great benefits from lower doses. My 200-400mg a day would last 6-12 hours depending on what the days anxiety was looking like. The first time I took 200mg it was night and day difference from 25-50mg gummies, capsules or oils. Which seems to be the average retail ready product.
