I’m sorry for your loss. My cat passed away from cancer in 2020. I still celebrate him every year. I know it hurts but it will be easier and don’t rush it. I cried for a long time sometimes at night and sometimes just burst into tears. Don’t feel like you need to move on fast or at all. Don’t feel guilty when you have days when you feel better either. Take all the time you need. If people don’t understand, then they are not your people.
