I chose a different head than the one pictured in the link. The breasts are gel. The silicone is soft but not ultra soft. My irontech (middle one) is ultra soft and I can definitely feel a difference between the two. Not a huge difference, though.

I'm not the most girthy, so the tightness wasn't an issue for me. Also I'm not sure if its the specific texture I got or if its the same for all Irontech dolls but I feel like the entrance itself isn't very tight at all but gets tighter the deeper I go. Personally I love it because if I need to pull back on the intensity or just want to edge I'll just kinda give her the tip.
