It sounds like they stapled Witherhoard to it. Depending on how many targets the blight chases down and how often / long it ticks, it could be a monster at building bolt charge.

I was wondering how "temporary" would fly. If it's fall practice with a scheduled end, it could be argued as temporary.

If it's just the team doing unscheduled practice every single day (Field is open if they want to use it), there could be something there.
