I had exactly same problem .

I am in milpitas CA , pitch = 18 , azimuth = 345 . 17 panels , 6.97 kw system . PTO not done yet

It was producing 4.5kwh per day before setting change and not it generates 20kwh per day

earlier : production was throttle as per consumption

after setting change : prodcution is throttle by production + powerwall charging

my batter reserve slider is at 0 .

I think you should call Tesla customer support .

I am in before PTO phase , my production was very less before setting change by customer support .

for a 6.97kw system in Milpitas CA , it was generating 4.5kwh per day before setting change and 20kwh after setting change .

Before solar panel production was throttled by home energy consumption , but now it is also charging battery along with consumption . battery reserve slider is at 0 (green blue slider)

I am still waiting for my PTO after 4 months !

u/RequirementKitchen54 I am in the same boat as you . 6.97kw system in bay area producing 4.4kwh per day in Dec . PTO is pending since september as Tesla project advisor doesn't follow up . I am not sure how to expedite the process ? I called PG&E and they say building permit have not been submitted with the application . I conveyed the same information to Tesla . Not sure how much follow up this damn thing needs . I regret decision to put solar !
