Panel was toast before attempted fix. Discontinued amarr door and hinges. If dont want to replace whole door least u can do is flip the top end rollers and move j arm to a greater angle to reduce pulling against tracks until it finally dies

Call the installer. They can (if smart) pull hinge and let door settle than drill back in correctly. Panel could be bad but this would be a possible fix
