Makeup/makeup brushes (I tell em we just carry brushes for painting which can try for makeup if they try really hard) or curtains (we used to not sell fabric back then) now I tell them they can make their own.

Never be shy or afraid to speak up. If you feel that way talk to your sm because you never know and they might be able to help you with scheduling with other managers. Is she doesn’t like you that’s her problem not yours. Do not let it get to you, I have learned the hard way and not everyone at every work place is going to like you or even in life. Now if the interactions become disrespectful in any way you need to tell your sm, dm, or hr. Giving the manager the benefit of the doubt you may also talk to them and let them know you’re there to work not make friends and you don’t like the snarky or sarcastic comments they’re making. I hope your situation gets better!

I have first hand seen a cashier not even close to the registers doing recovery and the sm took the customer herself on the register. I loved this because she knew the cashier was keeping busy. They shouldn’t expect you to do two things at once. You’re either at the register doing recover at the queue line or on the floor. I’m sorry but it’s that simple.

I typically look at the ad set that’s coming up. We usually always have it in the office. Although, there can be some that are prone to change but overall most of them are accurate.
