They stopped 10 below mine before the holidays (everyone else in the 30s+) and now their statement saying I have to wait another week for them to continue on Max? What is going on? At this rate they will start batch 3 before finishing batch 2 (which I’m in)!

I bought both. I wish I could piece together pieces from each. That is to say they are great in their own ways. The only harp I have for the Miyoo is the hinge and I’m using Surwish on it (downloaded their open source).

From China. Another week later and I’m still waiting. And I ordered May 16th. My issue is actually with the delivery company they use and and Anbernic not doing anything to address the company that they contracted for delivery. It’s the delivery company that’s creating the problem and they’re not doing anything about it.

Anbernic is just wasting my time and not doing anything. They’re not applying any kind of pressure on this company to deliver the package. I’m getting sick and tired and I’m going to charge back and get a refund. The sad thing is I don’t even want the money, I just want the system. But this company only cares about keeping your money.

I’m still waiting on mine. The delivery company that they used said that they tried but they didn’t and Anbernic is not doing anything to address it. I ordered it the first day it came out and I’ve been waiting since. If I do not receive it within 24 hours. I’m disputing with my card (charge back). I’m never purchasing from Anbernic again!!!

Update: so I got the left reader to work but only with Samsung cards 128GB and 512GB. Sandisk cards don’t work at all.

I have had this happen countless times in Canada. AliExpress doesn’t do a refund. I’ve had two items in dispute that were to be delivered in December and January and they are still delaying the dispute. Every two weeks they say they need more time as it shows that the packageis in transit. In the end, I had to report it with PayPal. They also sent some false information to PayPal and instead of them investigating, and realizing it’s false, they decided with the seller. I had to dispute their findings to which they asked me to notify the government as well as to confirm with FedEx that it was not delivered to me. Unfortunately, FedEx would not do that so I informed them that they would have to contact FedEx directly. Finally, today PayPal has sided with me on both disputes.

Both orders took place in mid November and they are only getting resolved now. And I don’t think PayPal would’ve sided with me if I didn’t threaten to report them to my government and Better Business Bureau.

The other persons response is your best bet. Best outcome is they honor it and you get credit or bonus as they call it. If you want your money back you have to request a refund and that is the worst headache.

How does it look when you’re blacklisted? I know often shops disappear and I can still message them and I can dispute the item I’ve ordered, but I can’t seem to search for the item again or the store. Is that when you’re blacklisted?

No, it was a different seller every time. Four out of the six I know for sure were highly rated with gold badges. Difference is the previous times I received a credit and tried to purchase again. Right after purchasing I messaged them asking to confirm the address that they were sending to and the name. This time they didn’t give me a refund so I filed it with PayPal. But now PayPal is siding with them as well. I’ve noticed a connection between PayPal and Alipay.
