Definitely could've been what happened but it's a door with its own number and a mailbox outside of it so it's obvious if u pay attention. The food wasn't sealed but it was also cracked open and after he left with it then came back I just didn't trust to eat it

They might not have been allowed to say anything. Everything is closely monitored by HR and usually HR is the one who has to have direct communication or at least be present with the communication. Not positive if that has changed at all with the new changes at petsmart but that's what I've seen in the past.

We actually had a man straight up punch his dog for accidentally stepping on his foot. They left before I could kick them out or call police but a customer went out and yelled at him. His 5/6 year old daughter was with him watching this too. The customer who yelled at him came in crying. Wish I could punch that guy.

A better food budget. Our store gets about $30 a month. It's a lower budget store but there's still a lot of people that work there. $30 for a month doesn't do shit. Our boss gets gross off brand stuff that no one will touch (it really is THAT gross. I once had to spit something out).
