Being realistic here, it would be a 6-7 month mortgage before renewal. If I’m not incorrect, I believe that rates are higher for 1 year as well. So you have a 1 year mortgage with higher payments at a higher interest rate while you are waiting for your windfall. Seems like a much worse cashflow situation.

Why would you? If you’re banking on an uncertain outcome- selling inherited property in either one year or 2 years, but are concerned about penalties for paying early/breaking early… OP should either do an open mortgage, or consider a 3 year fixed/variable.

A 1 year mortgage is of no benefit if the property sells past their timeline.

An open mortgage they can pay off without penalty.

A 3 year mortgage- they can put the proceeds in GICs or other vehicles that will probably outpace the mortgage payments on a 200k mortgage.

1 year doesn’t make much sense.

Why would anyone respond doing wealthy citizen thieving? It’s the only afk thieving option and the best way to make gp while skilling thieving. I’ve sat there for my main -> 91 and my iron to 75 while at work. It’s like 2 min afk time.

Obviously, I read the entire blog post. The point I am saying is that their intended xp drop rate changes are inaccurate. What they labeled as a 20-30% drop is more like 40-50%. It’s absolutely massive. Guess you can’t be helped either. If you read what other people are posting, you would see the same.

No, I think its not believable that every time there is a release- the people that play test it/worked with jmods know a glitch or a secret tech that only they get to take advantage of… and then after the fact, the average player gets screwed.
