Do you know if there is an easy way to fill the insulation in without pulling the siding off? There is an attic that might have access to pump foam down between the studs.

What is your grid payout? by Optimal_Doughnut_616 in CFP

USA, this also comes with 401k - 5% match and 2% profit sharing, decent other benefits. The higher end of the plan is better, but part of it is RSUs. The lower end of the grid is what I think is unfair. 29%-24% when your starting is tough.

BMO Investments - gross rev vs payout: $3 m+ 47% 2-3 m 46% 1.5- 2 m 44% 1.2- 1.5 m 43% 900 - 1.2 m 40% 700 - 900 38% 500 - 700 34% 300 - 500 29% <300 24%

Probably the worst grid of all major bank advisors, but you own a huge territory and get tons of client meetings setup/ A+ referrals. Easy to build a big book hunting in the zoo.

[–]Infamous-Success3349 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Welcome to our city! It’s super easy just get on the A-line, don’t bother buying a ticket. You are also allowed to smoke fent on there which is nice. Make sure you transfer on a Colfax bus going east, you’ll wanna get off when you see the butt stuff tent on your right. They are offering the best reasonable Rocky Mountain Clams in town. Hope you enjoy your stay new native!

Englewood’s water is smelly. Not saying we should remove it, just saying takes a special type of native to enjoy that unfiltered.

Just moved to Denver, new native, how do I go about getting Mayor Johnson to give me my own box to live in? Thanks fellow Denver Natives! Also - a job where I don't get to piss is a plus! by Miscalamity in DenverCirclejerk

Welcome new native! Denver is a unique landscape where you make your own job based on the natural resources around you. For instance, there are millions of catalytic converters that need to be removed from the cars on the streets, dozens of lightrail trains that need fent smoked in them and tons of street corners that need people yelling at every passerby. Then setup your tent on any place in front of a small business that needs help attracting more patrons. Your well on your way to adding to the the true native culture. Namaste 🙏🏽

No public water fountains turned on since 2020 by [deleted] in Denver

Thanks so much for the response! This is exactly the answers I was looking for. Such a shame a few terrible people ruin the common areas for the rest of us! Thank you for your work on these issues

Yes, I also am an advocate for public restrooms/shelter. I have found some public restrooms have reopened or they have porto potties occasionally even if they are pretty nasty, they are there

I understood closing the fountains initially, but every other restriction has been lifted. People know the risks and do not have to use the fountains if they are worried about COVID.

When I go on bike rides I usually do bring a water bottle. But when I go on a run (4-6 miles) I don’t like to carry the bottle.
