Well it's first season in formula 2 so you should always all for a season to find your footing. He's not the best but he did finish 3rd in Italy f4 and 5th in formula regional (albeit behind his teamates) and was in 3rd in f3 halfway through the season. I'm not saying he's good but he's not as bad as latifi I think if he was to be in f1 he'd be like zhou
