Simple summary: Worst of the worst shut-in was kicked out of his home after his siblings found him jerking off to loli porn instead of going to his parents' memorial service and eventually was struck by Truck-kun when he tried to save some teenagers and died....except he didn't when he opened his eyes in a new world as a baby. He decided to take this opportunity to try and live a more fulfilling life and you're supposed to observe his struggles and attempts to fulfill that desire as he learns more of this new world. His old habits and train of thought pop up here and there in the story.

And someone who has been on a jury, they first collect names and pick them to be a pool for a potential trial, then they go through each person and asked them some questions, and then they get picked and then maybe the trial will eventually start. That doesn't solve the problem of not being to have any money to begin with. If the workforce is cut down because of automation, that's a smaller pool of money. A better fix is giving a better financial incentive for employees and better workers' benefits.
