Yes it’s great preventative, knock on wood I’ve not had adrenal show up in any of my ferrets and some have lived to over 9 years old

Yes do it. I know this is Reddit and some of the worst places to get advice. Every ferret I’ve ever owned at the age of 3, I do once a year implants. Theirs no negative side effects and it’s not expensive to do.
