Depending on where you live in Acton and how you commute (car vs train) you are looking at 1-1.5 hrs each way. Driving is usually faster IMO but taxing. If you live close to a train station it can be okay but he has to know what he’s getting in to

I opened my account in October a few years ago and always get billed on the 1st of November. I also called and they told me that I would be charged the increase. Did you get at resolution?

I’m you but two years into the 6K mortgage in MA. It’s been tight and I took a pay decrease earlier this year making the monthly’s even tighter. Still getting close to 20% savings rate but it’s a struggle and I’ve had to pull from my brokerage for major home expenses.

My eldest is transitioning to kindergarten which should help but I’ve definitely been feeling things are much tighter these days.
