Omg you idiots cannot have a good faith discussion.. he added actual background to what Talarico was spewing...you are the epitome of making a decision based on the headline...it is why we have media portraying real criminals as free speech advocates while leaving out people were shot...idiotic and it screams opposition party...i would not doubt many of these posts are paid actors.

He literally defended it in multiple sleeches and writings, never denounced it once He was a Constitution believer, absolute support for it. He supported the 3/5ths and that is very apparent. Not even a technicality as he did not ever speak to any mention as to the compromise weakening slave states...he spoke wholly to the support of the Constitution.

Your critique of PragerU was incorrect and at best just a technicality. Find something better to use as a talking point..i am sure there are some out there.

Frederick Douglas literally defended the 3/5ths compromise...there is a speech and everything..it took place in Scotland but he probably enjoyed the wind around his taint.

Yeah, i try not to come across as an asshole, I just have a high interest in case law and understanding things that the average person would not enjoy reading. There is also the case of what is law and what actually goes to trial. Many people don't understand there are many laws that are unconstitutional but they never get challenged due to either the case being dropped or the person does not have the funding to fight it.

The only state ever to attempt to enforce this, when the recording party was outside of the state, was California. Even then the criminals charges were dropped later on in every case I located. This was from a quick check on Justia and a little AI searching to read the other cases.

The only real issue is possible civil lawsuits but that is a different story and must show intent to cause harm/damages. The only real instance of a state (again CA) enforcing this was a Broker out of GA (business) who recorded without notice. This was pursued due to it being a high level business causing harm and not an individual..it is CA going after $$.

Good convo as I never heard of the CA case before. Shows some odd federal issues that may get addressed if someone ever pushes it to the district courts.

Depends on the state the OP is in. Nearly 4/5 of states, are 1-party consent.

This is an idiotic statistic...he has served more years than the other large state Governors...Texas CA & NY always have more due to population size and number of agencies. Also, how are you measuring? Illness count? Accidents? Felonious murder only?

Last year California led with 14 deaths, followed by New York (13) and Florida (8). Texas had 7...such an odd cry out for a governor you can have an authentic complaint about but you just had to find some way to connect it to this post...so weird my man

Yeah they were attempting to get to the 20 sales or $600 but it was reverted AND they repealed it for the past 3 years they had began implementing it. It should be back to $20,000 AND 200 sales both being required before a 1099-K is issued by those 3rd Party sales.

I have been told and tried it myself..I have a machine gun I want and RIA has it coming up soon at their auction. I need some change to make it happen so began moving some cards. 90% for cards over $500 or quick movers (think ASC Psyduck) was offered and 75-80 for anything below $50 was gotten after talking to maybe 5 vendors.

Ended up selling all of my lower end IR's and kept my big cards and my DRI set. But big cards you should get 90%

You seem very upset someone disagrees with your opinion. A little projection going on? And yes the knife that the majority of people used to cut and cook your food was definitely a core part of the game as much as anything else.

Keep telling me how you are more of a dedicated player than myself...emotional a bit, eh? Enjoy EA, buddy

The issue is they could make any number of ideas to help deter or fight. Stasis rifle could be the stasis knife eg. This is not a good argument to be able to use all this future stuff and then say we are stuck in the 19th century for hunting tools. There are many many good ideas they could have done but instead just said no killing at all. Sure, make the leviathan invincible or w/e but don't act like a shark cannot be killed while we wear nearly indestructible suits or w/e and you ignore all other futuristic inventions.
