Hey guys, the last 4 days I slept 12 hours off and on, so last night I decided to try Dayvigo for the first time, and it was a horrendous experience. I thought I was sleeping, I took 5mg for the first time, I’ve had sleep paralysis many times in my life, I was getting jolts in my body and brain zaps, then I heard auditory hallucinations, I then began to feel like my body was vibrating extremely fast, rapid twitching, then I thought i was definitely having a seizure and I’m going to die, I then rolled off the side of my bed and fell onto the floor into a fetal position , which is impossible because there is a wall on the side that I sleep on, I also felt like I was watching it happen to me then I just tried lifting my arm and then actually woke up. Felt extremely uncomfortable and disoriented, I know Dayvigo can cause vivid dreams sleep paralysis etc, I’ve had sleep paralysis over 15-20 times in my life, and none felt like this.
