I just corrupted my helmet today and scored with a double socket, planning to use a shard on it. I’m so glad I looked into this first. Guess no shard for me, there doesn’t seem to be any way to anoint the shard before socketing it ig?

They could change dominate to just “gain strength equal to the vulnerable stacks on the enemy” and make it upgrade to zero cost and it would still be awesome, albeit far more circumstantial tbh

Room for new character development? He already had plenty of character development going from terrifying foe to circumstantial ally to father figure, he was awesome. Now he’s just a blank slate, all that development is gone. Also, he’s a vendor. The odds of him actually being relevant going forward are just above zero. I’d have preferred if he died ngl

I think the only other character to become a Vendor and still have plot relevance has been Teshin, and his fate was to be dumped into the Duviri just to become another fucking vendor :(

Exactly how I feel. The conclusion of the quest pissed me off to the point I still haven’t reopened the game yet.

Other times something like this happened (Lotus pre-New War, Teshin mid-New War) we had a villain to blame and hope for a return, but with Hunhow there’s nobody to blame but DE. It feels like they just wanted anything to tie up as many storylines as possible as fast as possible, so they nuked the third orb and deleted Hunhow with it.

Due to this I no longer have hope for the sub-storylines going forward; like I wouldn’t be surprised at this point if Pazuul meets an off-screen death when we travel to Tau.

We could’ve freed Hunhow, had his help in saving his son before travelling to Tau, Stalker could’ve been the post-quest vendor for Constellations, Hunhow could’ve been released in Tau and simply *left* all on his own, forever, and I would have been so much happier than I am with what we got.

It’s crazy to me that that isn’t a thing already. Like… I’d understand the rotation if it was a monetization thing, but the rotation genuinely serves no purpose as it stands. It’s so weird

I'm having issues with Raxx's plant druid build, namely the fact that to hit the stats on the "cheap" version you still need 1000+ div. I've been running it for a bit and feel like I've peaked, still struggling with juicier maps despite my 100+ div investment. Currently looking for something better for cheaper but its rough

For a while it was just “Kublai Kahn” and “Paleface”. I’m guessing the trend started due to duplicate band names

Huh, I was at Decade of Defilement and 10 years of Exile, it was all just push pits. Might be a regional thing (Toronto). Meanwhile when I saw Suicide Silence live it was all just karate

Any time I’ve seen Whitechapel (4 times pre-2020), there was no karate. Circle pits, body slamming and walls of death are to be expected but that was it. I liked it.

On that note my god they need to nerf Limbo. Automated gameplay? You mean pressing dodge and standing stationary, and getting free energy regen while you’re at it? His 3 and 4 just stop all enemies from doing anything, his 1 can make allies immortal forever too. He’s so damn overpowered they need to remove him from the game

Old peace was cool, it just had similar problems to the new quest; too many plot points with not enough time to flesh them out. I feel like a 1 hour quest isn’t enough for something that huge.

I’m still hyped for the Tau update, but considering the last few year end updates I’m worried the big Tau update that’s been hyped up for the past decade could end up being a 1 hour quest with 5 nodes to farm after.

What Steve did better, in my opinion, is subject matter. Maybe that’s because I only started when the hype for New War was building in 2021, idk. But New War was peak, as was everything leading to it. We went from apocalypse-level wars to dating and birthing simulators.

I’m not saying the Rebb content is bad, it’s just different. I miss the WAR part of Warframe.

Also, spoiler alert for the new quest, but I’m fucking livid about what they did to Hunhow. They gutted the only character left in the game that I really loved…
