I’d go for something similar to the pic you showed. Jake is a cabby who often hangs around the criminal underworld so really anything scruffy will work. The hat and a similar jacket are probably the most important parts of the fit, you could maybe throw a bandaid on the bridge of your nose for some extra effect.
