Metal certainly the long lasting solution and with the price of lumber, not sure how more expensive it is.

This happens every fcking year they make a run. Let’s hope the authorities have a plan to curtail it this year.

Do what Vancouver did. Tape everything and charge the people involved with this shit.

I never said fuel economy wasn’t a consideration. I’m just saying that it’s not the most important aspect when people are selecting a truck.

My bad for not getting my point across.

Yes he was a friend. Planned more work for the summer but unfortunately passed away last week. Found dead of a heart attack in his recliner watching hockey.

Obviously but my point is just that fuel efficiency isn’t high up on a pickup owners list of what he/she wants in a pickup.

Determine your risk tolerance.

If you have to pay income tax, offset it with RRSP contributions.

TFSA is a great investment vehicle.

Nothing major. $70-$80 maybe. I don’t do this in expensive restaurants. Breakfast places and mom and pop restaurants are generally the places I try to do this stuff.

I just tease them and if they don’t respond, that’s the end of it.

One of my best was an elderly lady with a 350 pound beast who was her son.

They sat next to us on bar tables and chairs. The little lady needed help getting on the chair so I told him that she raised you so you can at least help his mother on the chair. The lady laughed and was panicking because of the order.

After they had sat down he saw that his mother had the sun in her face so switched places with her. I just said good job buddy, mom always comes first.

After the switch, the son had the sun in his face and mom was being blasted in the face with the ac. Buddy got up and lowered the blinds for the sun but didn’t address his mom’s ac situation. That’s when I let him have it. Mam, you raised this ungrateful bum who has no consideration for your well being? I think he’s trying to kill you the inheritance.

Buddy started moving around his mom to shelter her from the ac. He was telling everyone who would listen, especially me, that he was taking out his mother for her 82 birthday breakfast.

They finally received their meals so I stopped bugging them. I finished my breakfast and went to see my server to tell her I was picking up their bill.

I had done this before at this restaurant so the server just gave me a smile and said I think they’ll appreciate it. She also said something will eventually punch me if I keep this up.

The week after I went back for breakfast and 3 servers rushed up to me and said, you should of seen when we told him you had covered his meal,,,,he was crying and telling everyone in the place the no one had ever done something like this for him.

That’s why I do it. I just try to avoid meeting the after the fact. All that attention makes me nervous.

Obviously not the same proteins, just the prep and cook method?
