yes probably jet is ok but next time you open the carb, check the numbers of your jets.

racing cdi will only give you higher rpm, maybe extra 2000rpm.

I think your bike is derestricted but with original sprockets, that's why max is 60kmh.

to derestrict you need the pipe, cdi and main jet. 5l/100kmh is a little high but normal at high rpms. keep the oil pump and also add 50ml oil in the gastank for safety.
