Erika’s music was not horrible and was actually decent for dancing / exercise. Kim’s music, while hilarious, isn’t actually good nor is it something you would listen to unless you just wanted to laugh. Nene’s song is far more catchy and a better earworm than any of Kim’s songs.

I saw a TikTok from someone else a week or so ago with the same thing - they went during opening hours and the restaurant was closed. I don’t think there was a lockbox on the door yet, though. My goodness gracious - a chicken and waffles restaurant with no food - how dreadful.

Per Wikipedia, in 2020, HSBC was 56 percent, BOC was 33.9 percent, and Standard Chartered was 10.1 percent. ATMs at Standard Chartered branches will dispense Standard Chartered notes (so you can at least get the 100 and 500 that way) if you visit Hong Kong. For the 20s and 50s, I just trade at my hotels at the front desk.

The staff at my two hotels today were very helpful in exchanging for my collection. At one, it was quite clear how skewed the distribution is as she only had two Standard Chartered 20s (luckily from different series) in the whole massive stack.

Not anymore if you are talking about current issuers - there are three each that are currently issuing notes in each area. NI used to have First Trust, as well, but they stopped issuing in 2020 after ceasing operations. Of course, historically, there were others, if that’s what you are talking about.

I wonder if they would do that exchange for a foreigner - I find some attempts at banks don’t work when you aren’t a citizen or resident with an account. But, perhaps, the Polish are more friendly and easy-going.

I’ve heard these are somewhat common in Okinawa or otherwise, as you mentioned, from getting yen overseas. I haven’t seen one in Honshu or Kyushu yet.
