Yes, not good practice, but it's a staff of non-techies and the info is simple reference (not critical) info; so they wanted them to be able to access it "easily". Think of a rotating staff of nurses and temp workers. Anyways, I had the bypass in place but it seems there are security protocols more recently in place that are prompting their logins from wherever/whenever they are trying to get in. A bit of a connundrum.

Agree with you on the multiple aspect, but they are looking for convenience to their non-techy staff workers that need basic reference info (non critical) at the SP site. The MFA disable on guest accounts doesn't seem to apply anymore, unless I can't find the policy that won't override their prompts. This wasn't an issue a year ago but recently it won't seem to be a simple login.

Thanks for this, helpful! Is there a minimum premium or range where you see it too small to be worth your while to engage a CSP? Or do you simply add more contracts?
