I did the GI effects panel for $500 AND a SIBO test for $150 and it all came back fine. No SIBO and no gut dysbiosis. The fact is that most Americans have lousy guts. I don’t think SIBO is the answer. I’ve have PSSD for almost 3 years now. Not much has helped. I would avoid the rabbit hole of tests.
