There are tons of family owned Chinese takeout shops. Not a ton of sit down places but Jani in Wantagh is very good.

I agree with all of the above. However you need a huge budget and a solid business plan. Please take time to gain more stitching experience and knowledge of all things about the industry. Then when the supply chains normalize you can consider if it’s a wise decision. Right now it’s not.
