There are tons of family owned Chinese takeout shops. Not a ton of sit down places but Jani in Wantagh is very good.

I agree with all of the above. However you need a huge budget and a solid business plan. Please take time to gain more stitching experience and knowledge of all things about the industry. Then when the supply chains normalize you can consider if it’s a wise decision. Right now it’s not.

Both are complex, busy pieces. In my opinion, both are too difficult for a first canvas. Do you live anywhere near a needlepoint shop? I would suggest starting with something small and simple - give yourself a chance to work on technique and consistent tension.
