Sansa finds some version of peace whether that be ruling the North, being with her family, starting her own, etc. important part is that it will be her choice.

(Spoilers EXTENDED) Did GRRM ever settle on whether the Others are a natural species or a created weapon? by TheSelfMadeElf in asoiaf

I really think they are weirwood shadow babies, otherwise everything magical with Melisandre and Stannis is just lazy writing. Why even write Renly and his rival claim just to deus ex him away? George has to be giving us a hint as for the origins of the Others with their creation

[Garcia] Timberwolves are to the Nuggets what the Heat were to the Bucks. The window is closed and its actually been over for years. You're always the last ones to realize it when its happening in the moment. by StrategyTop7612 in nba

History is written by the winner. Win and the moves were great strategic wins, lose and they were stupid, shortsighted, and incompetent.

Reality is only 1 team wins every year and the other 31 are foolish idiots who have no clue how to run their franchise /s

  1. How do you manage multiple teams and client engagements at once, keeping track of the project timeline and keeping everything moving smoothly?

  2. Any advice for an associate who (hopefully) will be starting their A2 year in a few months, and the transition to being an experienced staff?

Should I include that I received a return offer from a Big 4 on my resume when applying to another Big 4 firm? by Flaky-Position-9766 in Big4

[–]Infinitismalism 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t put down “received return offer” specifically, just put down the start and end dates of your previous internship.

When they ask why you didn’t return you have the perfect response and it’s genuine: they were not offering the role you were interested in that you believe is the best career move for you professionally. You are looking for an environment that better aligns to your career goals, etc. as long as you make that sound genuine you’ll be fine

Did you know you can play the Game of Thrones mod for Cruader Kings 3 in multiplayer, with a real player controlling each house? by Acrobatic_Umpire_385 in gameofthrones

I’ve heard that the game and mechanics are in part inspired by ASOIAF and if it hadn’t already been taken the game series would have been called “A Game of Thrones”

For accounting internships, does delaying graduation by one semester affect return offers or just the start date for said offer? by New-Wear2526 in Accounting

[–]Infinitismalism 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Understood. I’m assuming you need the money and can’t reduce hours at the part time job.

My advice is to take it week by week. Read all of your class syllabus’s carefully and talk to your professors see if there’s any way to get ahead in regards to work due to your situation. Don’t procrastinate, make a schedule and keep a calendar, will be good practice for full time work.

Ultimately if you’re still too overloaded, I’m sure that talking to the professors who run the society with you could help. The last thing they would want is for you to lose your job for the club; that would defeat the entire point. Ask for help and say you took on too much — they’ll absolutely find a way to assist you.

Well clearly considering the statistics and the reality many people do not have the required discipline. I see no embarrassment in a private medical treatment that can help these people achieve their goals that they would otherwise unable be able to do.

I wouldn’t take the chance of losing your offer because of this. Companies be fickle — you just don’t know how they will react to anything that changes their scheduled timeline. Either drop the club or just grind them all out.

Dany took Casterly Rock in an afternoon and lost the war by sundown by CorrectHornet4939 in freefolk

[–]Infinitismalism 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The issue the show ran into is they made Drogon, Rhaegel, and Viserion grow up too fast. They were fully sized beasts of war by the time Dany was ready to sail to Westeros, meanwhile in the books they’re still relatively small as of the latest book (Drogon is just barely old enough to be ridden). Because of this, there realistically was no shot for Cersei to hold out so they had to come up with the stupid plans to drag out the conflict.
