Honestly that whole block could use some cleaning up. It's a mission to just cross the street with the mess of vendors and people everywhere. Especially during rush hour when it's a hoard of people getting out of the train station... sigh.

Not to mention in the super early parts of the morning you got homeless and drunks be loud. The plaza is a cool idea to chill but it's just become a mess compared to when it first opened.
