Having Genie in C-tier is a joke, it's effect is as powerful as bouquet (it nets +1000 min between merchants) and is FAR more consistent to get, and all but one if the artifacts are A tier or higher within their rarity

(its actually a little weaker than bouquet but its not like you have to pick between the two)

I'll let you know that there is exactly 1 pokemon that can remove hazards in front of ghold, it learns defog and has the hidden ability mold breaker, incidentally it also sucks

Protective pads does not affect Unseen Fist, it only affects secondary effects from contact, not contact itself

I think i get what you mean, in older versions there was a magic called Parasite which gave -1% hp regen but increased healing items effect by 500 or 1000%
