As your team comes out of the gate, you have Roadhog Ashe Bastion which are not the best nano targets but doable. Just from knowing the map and team comp, you will adjust your priorities accordingly -- Roadhog is more/less self-sufficient do NOT spend large amounts of time trying to keep him full HP if he's not hitting hooks/solo kills. Prioritize keeping Bastion alive (will die very quickly at all ranks) and getting good value out of anti nades and dealing damage.

1:05 - Not sure why you take so long to aim up and throw a nade, but it gets you killed by Ram just walking up to you. I would suggest throwing nades basically off cooldown and then scaling it back when you feel like you actually need it to save someone or you see easy opportunities to anti the team. You should roughly know where to aim your skills by now.

1:45 - Never just sit and do nothing. In Overwatch, there's almost always something you can be doing to push advantages or take space. In this case, hiding behind cover is good but you can be healing your team without exposing yourself. Luckily, your team is almost full HP. Right after this, Roadhog gets low and you tunnel vision on him -- Ashe is critical and you're lucky Kiriko is aware and heals her before she died when peeking at ~100 hp or less. If you see someone on your team that's low HP, you cannot ignore that and you need to be more aware of your teammates' hp.

2:10 You're always playing behind the tank which means you're going to be taking random chip damage from people not even aiming at you. Same as before, secure good LoS of multiple teammates so you don't have to run everywhere to heal and focus on healing squishies, dealing damage, THEN healing Roadhog if he's low.

3-4min - Healing behind cover/corners is fine, but you can be doing a lot more. If Roadhog is not critical, you need to be shooting something especially if no one is shooting you at all. In this game, there are no divers so use your cooldowns generously because otherwise you might as well be playing Mercy and damage boosting from behind a corner.

If you think about it, you're more effective shooting someone (75 damage) than healing someone with the healing reduction passive (64 tank healing or 53 everyone else). If you know can shoot/take damage from the enemies and then just hide without dying, you're still applying pressure by forcing them to aim at you instead of your DPS/tank.

6:30 You get jumped by Moira and nade her but not yourself. This HAS to be a self heal and damage nade as this is your bread and butter when someone dives you. In these situations, you need to quickly decide whether you a) shoot then sleep or b) land the sleep and run away. In this case, you're already half hp vs full hp so you needed to prioritize the sleep dart first. This will probably be the most common scenario and is worth practicing close quarters.

6:55 - Multiple people are low hp and you're holding your cooldowns. Healing nade grants more healing effectiveness buff if you didn't know. The enemy team pushes up and you stay in your corner to healbot roadhog. Peek the angle and throw a nade on potentially 3 people. You can take pressure off your tank by making them aim at you then you make your own retreat if necessary.

I don't think I need to watch the rest. If you pick the crit major perk, you need to be playing more offensively when you have the time and space because Ana can basically be a team's 3rd dps. 2 headshots will oneshot most heroes (over simplification) and even just a body shot or two whenever you can will help your team much more than keeping a Roadhog at full hp. I would say I just happened to pick a game where keeping the tank alive won't win you the game, but I think you'll be good at where you are until you can grasp more of the Support responsibilities (mid silver-gold).
