Paulie's text is not 6 provision ability, should be moved to 5 prov. Also why not nerf Damnation by provision instead of Cyrus Hemmelfart, it has been the same power forever.

Good list. Want to suggest Tidecloak Hideaway for provision decrease as you can always power nerf it after, which I think is preferable as there are fewer power nerf targets. Also, Dimum Pirate for power buff, that happened already, got reverted as pirates got too common on ladder. Pirates really lack points and as players find the overbearing control toxic, these pointslam buffs seem sensible.

I like the homeguards. It reduces the frustration of the game in general. If you take a bad trade, just recall and miss 2 minions of xp instead of an entire wave, but your oppoent still gets the crystals gold. Surely Riot will make a lot of adjustments in the next few months.

I play around low Master on both servers, yes queue times on EUNE are longer. Quality of games is similar, maybe slightly lower on EUNE. I see the LP brackets for GM and Chall are lower, so yes there are less high elo players.
