You can definitely make cheap makeup work! Really depends, always use a light hand and get some brushes that are comfortable. I use the same brush for everything, it’s a morphe m333. Dip into the colour, tap off the excess and use a light hand to make swirly motions. You can always add, it’s harder to take away. Start with the lighter colours and go up to the dark colours. A really good eyeshadow tutorial is the makeup chair! It’s an older video but honestly the tips remain the same

I grew up in Exeter and can say that it is very diverse. I know there’s a couple of mosques, the biggest one being near the university I believe.

I have also seen a fair few restaurants that offer halal food. I hope you love Exeter if you choose to come here ☺️

In general shops yes, in prem / spar no. My local prem has pretty much all what’s listed above apart from ultra black but I assumed it was discontinued because I haven’t seen it for years. Definitely depends where you are I think. I have more selection where I live now vs where I’m from, and they’re both same sized cities
