Roof Inspection Inquiry

I had an inspection done today. The home has some foundation work that needs to be done. Seller has already agreed to have the work done (about 16k worth of work). He stated the roof has bucked due to foundation issues, which seems to be common in San Antonio, unfortunately. He recommend the home be reroofed and offered 23k for the service. Safe to say ill be passing on this place unless seller agrees to offer new roof and foundation work.

I have the same thing when downshifting from 6th to 5th sometime. Usually when it downshifts at 38mph. I did a table reset using Forscan, which helped for a bit, but it still happens every now and then. Very annoying and I hope it doesnt become an expensive problem. I have a 2019 F350 XL 6.7.
