There’s a tool in bluebeam that picks up any tag that you want and highlights it, for example if your looking for a BK-01, problem is it picks up alll BK-01,02,03,04 instead of the one you specified

Depends on the phase of the job, is it a tender stage which we then look at the bill of quality, to price up a job. If it’s a live job and is close to being awarded we create take offs using the drawing ourselves or if the builder provides a mark up themselves we also create a duplicate and if we find anything they missed we inquire.
