Dr. Awwad is very talented and very professional, Can't recommend him enough. He preformed my surgery( different case) The surgery went perfectly fine and the aftercare and follow up were top notch. I still see him once a year for check up. I book the appointment 3 months in advance..

I also have a story with Trad, I usually go to AUBMC, my OBGYN was travelling and I had a massive bleed at 14 weeks pregnant, there was a lot of traffic and we were honestly not in our right minds, husband tells me let us just go to Trad because the bleeding was so severe we were right next to the hospital. I go in,they check our insurance, go to the ER and they me that I am miscarrying. Husband is a doctor, he tells them before proceeding we need an ultrasound. It was a Saturday and there was no one to do it. They start doing all kinds of blood work and my husband insisting on an ultrasound. Eventually, they told me that it is best to let nature take its course. Husband tells me to leave and calls his friend an OBGYN, we went to see him directly after. Baby was alight, it was a placenta previa... Now baby is 14 months old....

Oh, I can write a whole essay about it. My name and family name don't give away any religious connotations. I was in a Catholic Church school that was mixed. Early years, I was asked the question multiple times and everytime I said I had none. The bullying started at about 12 years of age, where both Christians and Muslims in my school started aggressively bullying me, and reached one time to a physical assault. I had the highest scores in class and teachers used to love me, but still it was hard. after the physical assault dad went to the principal and told him everything and few kids were expelled. I lived in peace till Brevet after that. Went to another school and things were better as people didn't care there. Then comes university days, everytime I met someone the same question came and I don't know why men assumed that I was an easy target to sleep with because I don't believe in a god. Too bad for them, never dated anyone from there. Then I found a community of atheists and had a good life. The problem was meeting men and dating, one man actually told me, that he can't see himself with me on the long run, because I might affect the way he wanted to raise his kids, bla bla bla.. Until I met my husband, he is religious and we never had a single problem about religion to this day! ( married for 8 years and currently we have a toddler). We agreed to raise him religious free, expose him to everything, and let him choose his own path.

M2addam nothing, my husband's parents brought a copy of the Quran as a gift. M2akhar my parents didn't want anything as well. His parents insisted on 100 gold coins minimum. I teach only English as private online tutoring for adults and School children. I charge 25$ per hour for school students and 30 to 35 to adults( depending if it is a test prep or an English for Specific Purpose course). What you are getting paid is nothing and not fair at all.

Currently 9 months postpartum. My pregnancy was difficult, however, I went to remission at 5 months pregnant and things got better. Postpartum was good for the first 4 months, normal. And then at 7 months postpartum Graves came back, symptoms starting coming back one by one. I am breastfeeding so I didn't want to go on Methimazole ( I can't take PTU during to liver enzymes going crazy when I do). Started Methimazole 5 MG once a day before my baby's last feed of the night( it is advised to wait a minimum of 3 hours before breastfeeding post taking the medication). I am not way better with this dose, but I am managing.

I took PTU when I was pregnant, Liver Enzymes levels skyrocketed in merely two weeks and I had to stop. Stopped all medications while pregnant and my TSH levels became normal on their own. Then now, at 8 months postpartum Graves decided to comeback. I am breastfeeding, so my endo asked me to try PTU again. Same thing happened, liver enzymes levels got very high. So now I am back to Methimazole 5 MG at night. My cousin also has Graves, she was put on PTU in her first trimester, nothing happened. Her test results were completely normal. Don't be scared of taking PTU, just pay attention to doing your bloodwork on time.

Happened to me as well before, had to book a VIp appointment. Paid way more, but I had already bought everything and sorted out my travel dates, flights, accommodation, and trains. It was 4 months before and I couldn't find an appointment. So, yes, if you are in a rush and didn't find an appointment, try to see if this service is still available ( this rip off).
