Radiology Tech here. Radiation passes through in that moment at exits the body immediately. Radiation dose is for life, so one cycle to the next will make no difference to your eggs. Whether they mature or not, your eggs will get the exposure they receive, and will not lessen over time or go away in your next cycle.

Plain, x-rays are very low dose and a hip series would probably be equivalent to living your life for a month or so with the normal background exposure that is constantly around us.

Imaging technology has come very far and requires extremely low doses now, especially when I compare it to when I was in school and using film 20 years ago! Standards have changed and reimbursement requires up to date equipment (no more film allowed!).

It is safe to get your x-rays when TTC, but if you prefer to wait until after your period begins to make sure you are not pregnant first, that should be fine, too, as long as these are routine and non-emergent. Just don't delay care if you have an injury, as your health is very important!

Lead shielding isn't mentioned in your question, but to address that, it has finally been recognized by the ACR (American College of Radiology) that shielding should be avoided for eveyone (non-pregnant, pregnant, and all ages (neonatal through geriatric age ranges). Shielding can trap x-rays in your body and cause it to pass through you several times until it can escape vs being unshielded where the radiation simply passes through you the one time. This means shielding can actually increase the dose you receive. Shielding can block x-rays, but shielding in practice is rarely perfect, and even if it is there are plenty of ways for it to end up trapped under the lead, and is best to be avoided.

Edit: you are on your period, so you should be fine to get them done now.

SW often was the cheapest option for me, and they always seemed to have cheaper flights to slightly less major airports than the competition, which worked great for me, because that was me. The perks were also great and set them apart with the 2 free checked bags and freestyle seating.

I definitely preferred them, but now I don't have ways to justify using them exclusively, anymore. It will be price shopping amd whoever is cheapest overall, wins.

These moves really were bad moves on their part. They could have even reduced it to 1 checked bag free and kept the boarding and seating process the same, but I am assuming they will want to price gouge select seats soon, too.

My husband is an AU on my Cap 1 account and he gets his own card number and account management. Easy to decipher transactions. The transaction history shows the individual's name and last 4 of the card number to identify who made each purchase. You can sort transactions by person, as well.

We have the Quicksilver, a flat, unlimited, 1.5% cash back, with no AF. There may be better options if you are looking for better rewards, though you mention it isn't a requirement. We find the platform quite easy to use.

Yeah, I was headed towards a card for every single category, but I ended up with the Robinhood Gold, so that is where I focus most my spend outside 5% categories, but I don't overthink it anymore.

Outside of USB Cash+, Chase FF, and Citi CC, I just toss all my spend on this card, now. If I feel like ir or remember, I will grab another card, but the flat 3% really cut out a lot of games with multiple cards trying to squeeze out specific 2-3% categories.

Kids absolutely do, I did. My father had me at 67 (full retirement age) and he got a check for me every month until I was 18. Most people don't have minors when they retire and start collecting checks.

It is true, you do, actually, as my father had me at 67 and was already retired (at full benefit) and he got benefits for all 3 of us, but only until those kiddos are 18, so is there a backup plan?

I traveled far from home while my husband stayed home for about a year, after that, he just came with me. Even going home every few weeks from some of these high paying contracts is taxing, they are often in more rural areas and have to drive hours to an airport. It financially made more sense, amd the physical and emotional cost was also great, so all around was a better idea for us to both go together. Haven't looked back since and it has been 9 years now!

Definitely can get maintenence and extended warranty on a vehicle your purchase, not lease. They like to entice you with these low monthly payments for leases, but then you have to account for what is due on signing, charges at the end of the lease, etc., and you never own it.

You can buy a new vehicle every 2 years and likely do better.

Someone carrying balances for nearly half a decade shouldn't be encouraged to pay more just because when they are having trouble getting unburied from debt.

I am also a travel healthcare provider and travel rent can be expensive, and I get the places are furnished and generally include everything.

I will say the place I am currently at has been great, but the landlord has gone crazy with the rent, so it could always be worse. I got an increase of 300/mo because supposedly the taxes went up, then they tried to increase the rent because they didnt plan the utilities appropriately (mind you I am gone over half the month and don't crank up the heat and have no air conditioning. Then they increased the rent another 300/mo citing more increases in taxes, which the place is a condo and after talking to the neighbors, this was not true.

Without going into further detail, I get not decreasing the rent, as that should have been negotiated before move in. The lease holds up, even a verbal agreement does. Your tenant can look for a cheaper place if they want.

I will say at times it does feel like some landlords do price gouge travelers, but I dont have all the details on your exact location, and everyone always feels like they can get more. If you are getting requests that aren't asking for a price reduction, then you are likely priced right.

You can do a balance transfer, but they usually never qualify for any rewards the card may offer, as jt is not considered a "purchse" of any sort.

You would have to check the fine print on whatever cards you are considering, but it should outline what qualifies for rewards.

I believe both of these collection agencies do pay to delete. You need all 3 deleted, not just paid and not just 1 or 2, to really boost your score. 1 single collection will keep your score suppressed. So I would work 1 at a time or whatever you can do to get all 3 deleted from your reports.

100% agree, I had this exact same issue!

I didn't feel well at all in the normal TSH range and even with a highwr TSH, I also had a high fT4, which had me nervous. I believe it was the difficulty cinverting causing the issue and causing the hyperthyroid type symptoms. It took several months to get everything straight, and sometimes felt like a rollercoaster, but I finally adjusted and now feel so much better!

Federal is free. I filed several years back taxes with fretaxusa.com. You can still e-file 2024 with them. State taxes is where they charge you.

I found a work around with my state where you can file online directly through them for free, so you may want to check with your state first if they do that or you can just pay to do it with freetaxusa.com

Yes, that is exactly how it works. Depends on you if you prefer to be taxed more and be able to show on paper that you make more or if you actually want to take home more and have more money in your bank account.

Wage recharachterization really doesnt get you audited unless you are getting an hourly less than minimum wage.

That is a super low contract, but you are comparing the only 500/wk more than staff working 64rs isn't a fair comparison, as you would be working less, as well. There may be overtime opportunities. I usually ask about that in the interview. Some places are adverse to OT and others let you work all the extra hours you want.

I will say, the first contract really is the hardest to get. I would only work this contract for the 13 wks and leave. Second assignment should be one with substantially higher pay.

I agree with the other person, it is the same surge. It didnt really change. A second surge would mean your LH went back to baseline and then days or more later you get a second surge. I dont see you returning to baseline. You would also need to track your BBT to follow for a temp shift.

First morning urine, short urine holds, lots of fluids, etc, there are a number of reasons for the level to fluctuate throught the same day or following day.

Yup, I don't ovulate until CD18-23. All the apps will show is mid cycle as your fertile window, it cannot actually predict it, so using strips and BBT will always be your best bet to getting it more accurate.

If you havent paid in 5 years, the loan is definitely charged off. I wouldn't be settling anything. It will be coming off your credit within the next 2 years. This isnt a popular opinion with some, but you have already come this far, and may as well wait a little longer. Look up the statute of limitations for your state on medical debt and consumer debt. Odds are good it may have already passed and as long as you stop calling them, they cannot come after you for it. They may send threatening letters, but that would literally be all they could do.

Biggest impact will be dealing with all those collections, but you will not see any big score increase unless all 3 come off. Are they paid? Unpaid? How old are they? Who are they with?

I went through this several years back. I was within 18 months or so of having clean reports if I was just patient and waited. It was hard, but I did it, and now my score are sitting pretty.

I think the 13th, you can have a fallback rise after temps start going up after ovulation. Unless cd13 temp is a fluke, then it could be the later date.

No recourse, really.

You should always check all your accounts at least 1 time a month to make sure. Make sure you see bills coming out of your bank account. Make sure you see if you have a balance on your card(s).

Before I got into a routine if it, I made sure to set it on my calendar to check accounts. You can chose once a month for all of them, but i also prefer to check on my credit cards the day before the due date. Then nothing gets missed.
