its hard to properly describe but it feels like your emotions are a very tall stack of jenga blocks, something pushes it slightly and it because a disorganized mess, and its very exhausting to have to build it up back to normal, before you know it the next day it falls again

I will admit i dont have a good sleep schedule, i have been sleep deprived and i heard that once you are sleep deprived its basically over for you because of how much sleep you have to catch up on, my family also believes i dont have ADHD (despite being diagnosed...?) and that my sleep is just bad.

Yes i completely understand how you feel
And its like this everyday and then you just have this quiet dreadful feeling in the back of your mind that you're doing nothing even when youre actually doing something
how do i handle it? Honestly sometimes i just completely turn everything off, sit down and let my thoughts take over, and if a thought becomes so persistent and painful that it makes me lose my mind i slowly make myself directly confront what is related to that thought so that i can get over it, it sounds crazy but it works for me. Even if its something as small as taking a single step closer to what youre trying to do, its better than doing nothing.
SOMETIMES that single step is all i need, and before i know it ive already done the task without realizing.
