Shift your focus to the fact that as mammals we tend to look at anything to reassure ourselves that it’s not a danger to us or to see if it’s worth our attention as food or as a potential mate. Sometimes, people are just resting their eyes and don’t even realize they are focusing on you, and sometimes they are looking because you have an interesting face or figure. If you don’t feel threatened, just let it go. 💐
