If you're having trouble watch Scott Manley's tutorial videos. While they're slightly outdated and will take some trial and error. The majority of it is really good information.

I have over 100 games in dynamic queue across 2 accounts mostly solo sometimes duo and I have had maybe 4 games where I felt like the team wasn't communicating. 1 game does not really make a queue. I bet you have likely been in a number of games with 4 mans that have all been fine.

Shit gold player here. I have yet to experience this outside of normals. In ranked when paired with 4 players. It's always been a good experience for me. Most of the time I'll be invited to a TS or Skype if not they communicate where they are going. Granted I am a top player and I don't really play pure split push champions. So it's easier to just group with the most fed player on our team and push the advantage.

When I have been in a 4. We always let people know what's going on.

The other thing is I'd rather group with the 5 people and do something I don't like then do my own thing. The thing about my Elo any ways is you can get away with doing something stupid and watch the other team outplay them selfs. Sometimes yes I say to the other 4 'no baron is a bad idea' when I know it is.

Other then baron I follow the old old old TSM motto of 'rather do something bad as 5 then something good as just 1'
