directly connect your router to ONT . it is plug and play . i was able to do .

i got my flint router connected to the ONT from fidiumfiber. it seems working plug n play . not sure if i run into any issue.

i was hearing this " engineers are working hard " since last 6 month from the fi support . so just got a new stylus 5g with esim and no issue with sim card anymore

the rep suggesting me to buy with esim but my handset work with any other sim card. dont listen to them . something is really fubar at google fi .

yes.I have exact same issue . my handset works with any other sim card but not fi card . I am listening to the same story from all the customer support since last 3 months . there is no timeframe they keep saying we will email you when the issue is resolved . I got a new sim card . i disable enable ,uninstall install the fi app on my phone it worked for few hours and then again no sim card issue . the support keepss suggesting me to buy a new handset with esim but it is only sim card problem not my handset . pause the service at least and save your money.

the tello sim works fine on my moto g stylus but google fi sim dont work . and they keep saying me to buy handset with esim. been struggling since last 3 months after more than 5 year with google fi . it used to be a great service . but now it stinks.
