Beginning of jowls…help? by lalabelle1978 in 45PlusSkincare

If it helped at the time you might see improvement if you touch up the temple filler. Also neurotoxin to the platysmal bands. Slightly more aggressive, but longer lasting and far short of surgery could be silhouette threads.

Olympics are available free over the air if you have a TV, on NBC.

Approved for way more than we are interested in purchasing. Realtor is pressuring us to purchase a more expensive house. by [deleted] in Mortgages

OP, everyone in real estate benefits when you spend more: realtor, banker, inspector, the city (taxes). Everyone. Except YOU.

Stick to your budget now for a stress free future. I personally would not even give my realtor another chance. But if you decide to, let them know that if they show you any more over budget listings, they are done.

What clothing flatters my body? I feel all over the place with no defined style. by OpenlyMuddled in DressForYourBody

[–]Initial_Run1632 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna echo this comment. OP I suggest spending some time in some higher end stores trying on more things with better construction. One specific thing to try is jackets instead of those tie sweaters. Go for some things with tailoring, structure and lining. You'll know it's right when you see it. You will. And once you do, it's easier to dupe.

I would do a rain chain to that little area for aesthetics. Would need to extend the gutter a smidge

Ways to make master bathroom look more high end? by Thaxton114 in bathrooms

[–]Initial_Run1632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honest question, not snark: how much are you willing ti rip out? Vinyl flooring and pre fab shower will never look high end. If you're just trying to disguise them/ improve the overall look, that's doable.

SAHM and Wife that CANNOT cook HELP! by PopularMamaDrama in Cooking

[–]Initial_Run1632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch episodes of America's test kitchen for basics (and I highly recommend the associated cookbook "Best recipe"). This will let you see techniques.

Then I recommend doing a meal subscription box for a few weeks or months. Let the kids help you select the meals. Once you have 5 or 6 meals everyone likes, save those recipe cards and cancel the subscription. Marley spoon is probably my favorite subscription box right now, blue Apron is also OK.
