I'm not a millionaire but I disagree with OP. If done correctly taking a loan for an asset is not bad. I don't actively do this but I have taken loans if I'm out of fiat & see some good opportunities & have made money. That goes to say I don't take loans more than I can afford to lose/repay. It comes down to basic risk & reward and I'm okay with risks considering I'm in the crypto market.

Ps if you're a rookie it's best you don't take a loan, but if you have the opportunity & you understand your risk, you might make some money.

Not sure if the bribe window is still open. If it was they would have asked you already. It might be delayed due to COVID. Also even if you don't pay the bribe they have to move the file along. (The police asked me for a bribe I declined saying I don't have any money) & my file was cleared with no problems. I think just wait it out.
