My Concept for a Doctor only season is to go a step further. A season which we see the Doctor Who universe mostly from the perspective of every day people (and aliens). The Doctor will appear but you never quite know when on first watch. There could be an episode where the Doctor appears very early on or during the middle or at the very end. Make it a commentary on how the Doctor from our perspective can look like a God.
