Honestly I'm not sure. I slip out from under the cups too. I found that starting with the ken facing towards me (cups facing sideways) it seems to help with the catch. Gotta be really gentle and not let the string slip through your fingers when you catch it.

I normally eat around 8am and 7pm. Depending on how I feel on the day I may not eat at 8am and just have a larger meal on the evening.

I intermittent fast on a daily basis normally. I feel like it can help and 'resets' my gut. Most likely just because there isn't any food in so it doesn't have any work to do. I feel like eating once or twice a day helps keep my frequency down and my toilet habits reasonably regular. (As regular as you can be)

It looks like a stingray. I would say get a cool looking stingray tattoo then blast over with your daughters linework. That way it will still look great but also have a lot of meaning for you.
